This early ToJoy build does not offer a direct support inbox yet. The current support surface exists to explain the in-app recovery and safety tools that already ship, and to make the remaining launch gap explicit.

In-app safety tools
ToJoy already includes in-app reporting for posts, comments, and profiles, along with user blocking and account deletion. Please use those tools first when the issue is tied to a specific account or post.
Billing recovery
If membership access stops unexpectedly, open the app’s settings screen and try Restore Purchases first. If that does not recover access, the current limitation is that direct support is not yet open to members. That must change before a real public App Store launch.
