Terms of Service
Membership rules for a paid, invite-first social network.
These Terms govern access to ToJoy. By creating or using an account, you agree to use the service in line with these rules, our Community Rules, and applicable law.
1. Eligibility and account basics
ToJoy is intended for adults. Launch posture is 18+. Accounts are personal, tied to a real email address, a required real name, and a unique immutable handle. You may not impersonate another person or share one account across multiple people.
2. Invite-only access and paid membership
Access begins through a personal invite and continues through a paid subscription. Trial and subscription terms are managed through Appleās App Store for iOS purchases. If billing ends, fails, or enters retry states, ToJoy may limit access until entitlement returns.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ToJoy to post, coordinate, or promote:
- illegal content or explicitly illegal transactions
- explicit sexual material or pornographic imagery
- spam, scams, fraud, or abusive solicitation
- credible threats, violent abuse, or doxxing
- impersonation or platform abuse intended to break the service
4. User content and moderation
You keep ownership of your content, but you grant ToJoy the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and moderate it inside the service. ToJoy may hide or remove content and may restrict accounts that violate the Community Rules, App Store requirements, or applicable law.
5. Termination, suspension, and deletion
You can delete your account in-app. ToJoy may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risks, or serious policy violations. Deleted or suspended accounts may retain limited server-side records for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and audit purposes.
6. Service changes and availability
ToJoy is a live online service and may change over time. Features, pricing details, and access conditions may be updated as the product evolves. We aim for stability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
7. Contact
This early build does not yet operate a direct public support channel. See the Support page for the current member-facing state and the remaining launch requirement before public release.
